Trézor Suite® is the official software platform developed by SatoshiLabs for managing your hardware wallet, sending and receiving cryptocurrencies, and customizing security settings. This intuitive app combines privacy, control, and convenience — giving you total control of your digital assets.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned crypto holder, this guide will help you install, use, and master the full potential of Trézor Suite from the official source: trezor.io/trezor-suite.
Trézor Suite® is a desktop and web-based application that acts as the interface for your Trézor hardware wallet. It helps you manage your cryptocurrencies securely, perform transactions, and configure privacy and backup settings.
Visit the official site at trezor.io/trezor-suite. Choose the correct version for your operating system: Windows, macOS, or Linux.
Plug in your Trézor Model One or Model T using the included USB cable. Open the Suite app and wait for it to detect your device.
On first use, you may be prompted to install the latest firmware. Always double-check on your Trézor screen before confirming actions.
Choose “Create new wallet” if starting fresh. Already have one? Choose “Recover wallet” and enter your recovery seed carefully.
If creating a new wallet, you will be shown your recovery phrase (12, 18, or 24 words). Write it down securely — never save it digitally.
Set up a PIN code to protect your device from unauthorized physical access. You can also enable passphrase protection for added security.
Try a different USB port or cable. Ensure Trézor Bridge (for web use) is installed if using browser version. Restart Suite and your computer.
Disconnect, reconnect, and try again. Make sure antivirus software is not interfering. Run Suite as administrator if needed.
There’s no way to restore your funds without the recovery phrase. Always back up before transferring crypto.
While you can use your Trézor via browser-based apps, Trézor Suite offers better privacy, local data handling, and optional Tor integration.
Trézor Suite supports hundreds of coins and tokens including:
